One of my favourite places to eat in UL. They offer a great lunch buffet and the bar has a nice selection of different beers on tap. It’s an especially good spot when the weather is nice, as you can sit outside and enjoy the sun. Definitely a place I keep coming back to.
Over all its a good place food is decent staff are amazing been here a few times but this last visit was just horrendous. I am a wheelchair user they have a great bathroom but on my last visit the bathroom was dirty there was a full human poo on the floor and on the walls. It was the worst thing ive ever seen. The staff put a sighn up on the door and 35 minutes of so later the bathroom was still closed and I had to leave i had to use the bathroom.
This would be a great place if the management employed enough staff. The staff that were present worked really hard, but they had two bar staff for an event with over 300 people. My friend queued for 40 minutes for a drink.
This also meant that all of the breakfast plates were left lying outside for about an hour, which attracted hundreds of wasps. Some of the team members from the tournament I was at actually collected the plates because the two members of staff were swamped inside.
A great spot, with some hardworking staff, ruined by poor planning and a lack of awareness of how many staff would be required.
